This is where yoga gets exciting for kids. By combining traditional yoga with gymnastics and calisthenics using a soft hammock, we help children build serious strength, improve posture affected by screen time, and gain immense confidence. It's a safe, supervised way for them to swing, fly, and challenge themselves.

Mat Yoga: Strength & Flexibility

Before we fly, we build our roots. These classes focus on the fundamentals of traditional yoga, using asanas and props like wheels and blocks to develop core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This is the essential groundwork for all other forms of fitness.

Fitness, Fun & Games

I make sure fitness is never boring. In my classes, we mix traditional exercises with playful activities and games that improve coordination, agility, and teamwork. This section shows how we incorporate dance, animal walks, and even tic-tac-toe to keep kids engaged and moving.

Building Strong & Confident Kids

My mission goes beyond physical fitness. I am passionate about empowering children, especially young girls, to be strong, confident, and assertive. These sessions use challenging physical activities to build mental and emotional resilience.
