Sound healing is more than just listening to chimes. In my Mysore shala, I guide you through the precise science of vibrations, teaching you how to use 7-metal Tibetan bowls for deep nervous system restoration and energy healing.

A student is fully immersed in a sound healing session, with bowls placed on the body to transmit healing vibrations directly. This technique helps release tension and balance the body's energy centers.

Here, students learn the practical application of sound healing techniques on one another. The focus is on creating a safe, resonant space for deep relaxation and therapeutic release.

About Integrative Sound Healing

Most sound healing courses just teach you how to strike a bowl. In my 3-day certification, I focus on the mechanics of 'hot water singing bowl massage'—an Ayurvedic-inspired technique where the bowl is placed directly on the body to transmit vibrations into the muscle tissue. You will learn to use 7-metal Tibetan bowls not just for meditation, but as active tools for fascia release and nervous system regulation.
