Integrative Sound Healing Certification
Sound healing is more than just listening to chimes. In my Mysore shala, I guide you through the precise science of vibrations, teaching you how to use 7-metal Tibetan bowls for deep nervous system restoration and energy healing.
A student is fully immersed in a sound healing session, with bowls placed on the body to transmit healing vibrations directly. This technique helps release tension and balance the body's energy centers.
Here, students learn the practical application of sound healing techniques on one another. The focus is on creating a safe, resonant space for deep relaxation and therapeutic release.

About Integrative Sound Healing
Most sound healing courses just teach you how to strike a bowl. In my 3-day certification, I focus on the mechanics of 'hot water singing bowl massage'—an Ayurvedic-inspired technique where the bowl is placed directly on the body to transmit vibrations into the muscle tissue. You will learn to use 7-metal Tibetan bowls not just for meditation, but as active tools for fascia release and nervous system regulation.
Sound healing is an ancient art that requires precision, not just intuition. During this intensive 18-hour certification course, I strip away the guesswork and focus on the technical skill required to facilitate true healing.
What we cover in 3 days
We start with the basics of sound physics: understanding how different frequencies interact with the human body. You will learn the exact techniques for handling 7-metal Tibetan Singing Bowls, including precise striking and rimming methods. We go beyond the basics to teach you:
- Hot Water Singing Bowl Massage: An intensive technique for deep muscular relaxation and pain relief.
- Aura Cleansing: Using sound to clear energetic blockages.
- Sequence Design: How to structure a sound bath from start to finish.
- Chakra Frequencies: Understanding the vibration of different instruments.
Why study in Gokulam?
My shala in Gokulam, Mysore, is a space dedicated to focused practice. We use studio-grade, hand-beaten bowls, mallets, and gongs. You will have hands-on access to all these tools throughout the training. I also provide a printed manual with theory and sequence diagrams, so you leave with a clear roadmap for your practice.
After the certification
This course is YACEP eligible, meaning you gain the credentials to conduct private healing sessions. My goal is to ensure you feel confident holding space for others, whether you are planning to add sound therapy to your existing yoga classes or start a new practice entirely. We keep groups small so I can personally guide your technique, ensuring you don't just learn to play—you learn to listen.
