About Wellness & Yoga

Practicing yoga with me isn't about getting into a perfect pose; it is about how your body feels in the moment. Whether we are practicing online or in the main hall of my Kotkhai home, I focus on gentle movements like apne tail bone pe dhyan (focus on your tailbone) to help you release stress properly. My approach is to move slowly, listen to your breath, and let the practice settle your mind.

Finding Balance in the Mountains

I view yoga as a path for living, not just a workout. My retreats in Upper Shimla are designed for those who need a true digital detox. We swap screens for the view of the Kotkhai valley, eat farm-fresh produce from our orchard, and practice meditation where the only sound is the wind in the deodar trees. It is a space to pause, hike, and simply be.

Online Yoga & Wellness Coaching

For those who cannot make the trip to the mountains, I offer online classes that bring this same grounded energy to your living room. My teaching blends asanas, pranayama, and meditation to help you manage work stress. We focus on:

  • Stress Management: Using breathwork to calm your nervous system after a long day.
  • Posture Correction: Understanding alignment for desk-bound professionals.
  • Mindful Flow: Moving through sequences that are accessible for all levels, including absolute beginners.

What to Expect

Yoga is a journey of duality. You might find me being very calm during our meditation sessions, but if you stay with us in the hills, you will likely see my goofy side too. My goal is to make wellness accessible, honest, and personal. There is no need for fancy gear or years of experience. Just bring a curious heart and a willingness to slow down.
