A reminder that sustainable strength is more than just muscles; it's a mind-body connection. Yoga's whole-body approach builds functional strength for daily life.

What is proprioception? It's your body's hidden sense of balance and spatial awareness. Yoga is one of the best ways to train this sense, keeping you safe and surefooted as you age.

Another look at proprioception. By practicing balancing poses, we improve our body's ability to adjust to uneven ground and prevent falls, enhancing overall movement efficiency.

Announcing a slow and easy yoga vacation in the pristine forests of Sitla. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect with yourself and nature.

Welcoming the new year with a commitment to go beyond asana. This video is a montage of moments from my master training sessions, designed to inspire and transform.

A detailed breakdown of my "Yoga Flow, Drills & Deep Dive" class. Asana is the preparation for the deeper work of pranayama and meditation. This is the journey of yoga.

About this collection

When I teach, we treat the mat as a 'spirit lab'—a safe space to explore how your body stores emotion and how specific breathwork regulates your nervous system. Whether you are looking at my advanced teacher training modules or a seasonal retreat in the Himalayas, the goal is always the same: we are not just building physical fitness; we are building the awareness needed to navigate life's chaos with more ease.

My work extends far beyond standard studio classes. The images in this cluster reflect a decade of immersion into the fuller spectrum of yoga, including teacher mentorships, specialized workshops, and Ayurvedic integration.

The Lineage and Training

My teaching is rooted in Vinyasa Krama, a tradition passed down from my teacher, Srivatsa Ramaswami. It is not just about the sequence of poses; it is about the logic of movement and breath. In my 70-hour advanced training modules, we focus heavily on sequencing, anatomy, and philosophy—giving serious students and fellow teachers the tools to understand the 'why' behind the practice.

Retreats and Immersion

We take the practice out of the city and into nature through our retreats in Sitla, Kumaon. These are not typical 'yoga vacations.' We use the setting—the silence of the deodar forests and the crisp mountain air—to deepen our Pranayama and meditation practice. It is about slowing down enough to actually hear what the body needs.

Integrating Ayurveda and Women's Health

I believe yoga is incomplete without its sister science, Ayurveda. Many of the rituals captured here focus on seasonal adjustments (Dinacharya) and specialized care, particularly for women's hormonal transitions like perimenopause and menopause. We look at everything from how you breathe to what you eat, ensuring the practice supports your specific life stage. Whether you join me for a workshop on hormonal balance or a deep-dive training, my focus is always on making these ancient practices practical and relevant for your life in Delhi.

I didn't come to yoga for the stillness; I found it after years of high-intensity training and a restless mind. My classes today are a reflection of that journey, blending the discipline of my classical lineage with the practical, often chaotic reality of city life.
