Here’s a glimpse from a beautiful International Yoga Day session I led. The energy of practicing together in a tranquil space is something special. My workshops are all about building this mindful yoga community in Bengaluru, one session at a time.
Sometimes you need a strict teacher to get the breathing right! In my workshops, we have fun, but I also make sure you understand the core techniques, like when to inhale and exhale during asanas. Don't worry, my stick is only for show... mostly.
Finding a moment of balance with Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) by a waterfall. Many of my workshops are held outdoors, connecting our practice to the beautiful nature around Bengaluru.
Getting the alignment right in Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana (Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose) is key. In my workshops, I show you how to do poses safely, with correct form and using props, so you get the full benefit without any risk.
A full 40-minute practice in front of the Adiyogi statue. My workshops incorporate not just asanas but also pranayama and meditation, honoring the deep, spiritual roots of yoga.
My comeback story. After an accident in 2020, I was told I might never practice yoga again. Through patience and consistent practice, I found my way back. This journey taught me that obstacles are part of the path, and true strength comes from the mind.

My sessions are about building a solid foundation, whether that means using props to perfect your alignment or simply breathing through the day's stress. It is not about how deep you can bend, but how mindfully you move.
My approach to yoga is simple: technique matters, but so does your comfort. I do not believe in forcing your body into shapes that hurt. Whether you are joining me for an outdoor session in Cubbon Park or a focused workshop in Koramangala, my goal is to teach you how to listen to your own body.
What to Expect
- Safe Alignment: I use props like belts and blocks not as shortcuts, but as tools to help you find the right stretch for your unique anatomy.
- Mindful Movement: We focus on the connection between your breath and your movement. If you rush the pose, you miss the point.
- Practical Health: My workshops often tackle real-world issues like back pain, hip tightness, and stress management, providing you with tools you can use even when you are not on the mat.
I have walked the path of injury recovery myself, so I know that showing up is often the hardest part.
