About Outdoor Yoga in Namma Bengaluru

Practicing outdoors in Bengaluru is quite a shift from a studio setting. You get the fresh air, the calming energy of nature, and a real sense of community that you just do not find between four walls. Whether we are gathered at Cubbon Park or heading out for a weekend trek, the focus remains the same—a balanced Hatha-Vinyasa flow, intentional breathwork, and, of course, a little bit of banter. Just bring your own mat and water; the rest, we figure out together.
