Taking my practice outdoors to flow through a wheel pose, or Chakrasana. This yoga pose is incredible for spinal flexibility and opening up the chest, proving that strength and flexibility go hand in hand.
Practicing a one-legged wheel pose variation, or Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana, during an indoor yoga session. This advanced backbend challenges your balance and deepens the stretch, building functional strength.
