I blend Hatha yoga with foundational strength training to build a body that is not just lean, but powerful. We focus on mindful movement that balances your energy, improves your mobility, and builds real endurance.

My approach combines gym workouts with the principles of yoga. A headstand, or Sirsasana, isn't just an advanced pose; it's a powerful way to build core stability, improve balance, and bring a meditative focus to your practice.

Taking my practice outdoors to flow through a wheel pose, or Chakrasana. This yoga pose is incredible for spinal flexibility and opening up the chest, proving that strength and flexibility go hand in hand.

Practicing a one-legged wheel pose variation, or Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana, during an indoor yoga session. This advanced backbend challenges your balance and deepens the stretch, building functional strength.

This is the core of my philosophy. Yoga is a 'work-in,' a practice that builds mental resilience and self-awareness, which is a true superpower in and out of the gym.

We start by fixing your foundational movement patterns with weights, then dedicate the final 15 minutes of every hour to deep, yoga-inspired mobility work.
