If you are starting out or need specific guidance, my studio in Sector 122 limits batches to eight students to ensure you get hands-on corrections and safety monitoring. For those who prefer privacy, I provide personalized home sessions across Noida and Delhi, with routines customized for your health needs, from prenatal care to back pain relief.
My practice is rooted in traditional methods, drawing from the energy I have gathered in the Himalayas and my experience since 2012. I do not see yoga as mere exercise; it is a discipline of the mind and spirit.

- Yoga Teacher Training: My 15-day certification course is designed for those who want to teach or simply deepen their understanding of anatomy, Garbha Sanskar, and traditional methodology. It provides a structured syllabus with senior teacher instruction.
