My group batches are less about perfect steps and more about bringing that energy together. We mix Bollywood, Bhangra, and Zumba into every routine so you never feel like you are just counting reps. Whether you are a total beginner or just looking to break a sweat, you fit right into the crew.
Think of these group sessions as a crew, not a gym class. We keep the vibe high with a mix of Zumba, Bollywood cardio, and Bhangra fitness. The goal is to build stamina and flexibility without the monotony of typical gym equipment.
Why join a group batch?
- Variety: We rotate styles so you aren't doing the same routine every week. Expect a mix of Aerobics, Tabata, and DanceFitX to keep things interesting.

- Structure: I lead these sessions to ensure everyone gets a proper cardio workout while having fun. We focus on form, but the main priority is moving with the music.
I offer batches in Greater Noida and Noida, including specific ladies-only options for those who prefer it. If you are worried about your fitness level, don't be. You do not need to be a professional dancer to join. You just need to bring your shoes and a little bit of energy. Whether you are aiming for weight loss or just want to feel better, we make it happen together.
