About this collection

We don't just teach steps and stop. Every session includes a structured 10-minute yoga-based cool-down and stretching routine to manage soreness, plus we track your progress with an initial body composition assessment. It’s high-intensity cardio that respects your body’s need for recovery.

Our dance fitness program is designed for anyone who wants a workout that doesn't feel like a chore. We combine the high-tempo beats of Bhangra, the rhythm of Bollywood, and the conditioning principles of aerobics to keep your heart rate up and your energy levels higher.

What happens in a session?

Classes are held six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, at our Indirapuram studio.
