What happens in a session?
We start with a warm-up, dive into 45 minutes of non-stop, follow-along choreography, and finish with a cool down. You don't need to be a professional dancer to keep up. Our focus is on the 'thumka' and the movement, not on whether your footwork is textbook perfect. We create a 'no-guilt' space where the bass-heavy audio and neon lighting help you zone out from the stress of the day and just move.
