Whether you are sweating it out in a Zumba routine or nailing Bollywood hooks, you do not need prior dance experience to join. Just show up, follow the beat, and let the energy of the room carry you through.

At our studio in Old Rajinder Nagar, we believe sweating it out should not feel like a punishment. We keep things fresh by switching up routines, so you never get stuck doing the same boring gym workout.

What to expect in class: Every session is 60 minutes of high-intensity movement. We combine the Latin-inspired energy of Zumba, the rhythm of Bhangra, and the fun of Bollywood hits. It is a mix of cardio and functional training—you will find yourself doing planks or burpees, but usually to a track that makes you forget the effort.

Batch Structure & Pricing: We offer flexible monthly subscriptions, whether you want to come 3 days a week (12 sessions) or 5 days a week (20 sessions). If you are not ready for a full month, you can always pick up a drop-in pass to see if the vibe matches yours.

The Studio Setup: We have air-conditioned space with shock-absorbing wooden flooring, which is great for your knees and joints. We also have a changing room and filtered water available, so you can head straight to your next plans after class. If you are new, just bring your energy and comfortable trainers. We take care of the rest.
