When you step into the ice bath, your body naturally wants to panic. My role is to help you breathe through that chaos, shifting from a state of shock to one of deep, intentional stillness. It is a physical reset that helps you handle the stress of everyday life with a bit more grace.
Beyond the Hammock is about giving yourself a complete reset when life starts to feel like too much. If you are struggling with chronic stress or just need to break out of a rut, these practices are here for you. We often pair the intensity of cold exposure with the gentleness of sound healing to balance your energy.
For the ice bath, we limit the group size so I can personally guide you through the initial cold shock. You do not need prior experience, just a willingness to try. It is not about how long you can stay in, but how you manage your breath while you are there. It is a powerful way to clear your head.
Aqua yoga is my go-to for anyone who finds land-based exercise too hard on their joints. The water supports your weight, allowing you to move and stretch in ways that feel safe and liberating. Whether you are dealing with past injuries or just want a low-impact workout, we use the water to build strength without the pressure.
We also host sound bath sessions that turn the studio into a sanctuary. With the right frequency, we work on calming the mind, helping you find that elusive shanti. Whether it is an ice bath, a sound session, or a float in the pool, every practice here is designed to help you leave feeling lighter.
