Doing Garba in an aerial hammock is all about physics and freedom. The hammock gives you that extra lift to spin and move without worrying about your feet, which means you can really let your skirt flow and enjoy the rhythm without getting dizzy. It feels less like a strict fitness class and more like a celebration, where the focus is on the joy of movement rather than hitting a perfect pose.
Why We Mix Tradition with Flight
We often think yoga is just about mats and silence, but here in Shalimar Bagh, we like to mix in a bit of 'mauja hi mauja' (loads of fun). Aerial Garba is my way of bridging the gap between our rich, festive traditions and the modern aerial flow. It’s not just about spinning; it’s about how we use the fabric to amplify the energy of the dance. You aren't just working your core; you are expressing yourself through movement that feels natural and celebratory.
Building Trust Through Acro Yoga
Acro Yoga is a completely different kind of challenge. It’s about communication and trust with your partner. When you support someone or let yourself be supported in the air, you learn to let go of control. We start small, focusing on stability and grounding, so even if you have never tried partner yoga, you will find your rhythm quickly. We laugh, we stumble, and we get back up together.

We cap our batches at 8-10 people so I can personally spot you, ensuring you feel safe while you explore these aerial flows. Come in, let go of the day's stress, and find your wings.
