Healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Over the last few years, I have explored various modalities—from Yoga to Akashic Records and deep Sound Healing—because I realized that different emotional blocks require different keys. My work is about helping you find the right one for where you are today.
My featured sessions focus on three main pillars:
- Vibrational Therapy: My Aqua Sound Baths use 7 chakra crystal bowls. Since sound travels five times faster in water, we use that medium to help you release deep-seated tension—whether that is related to money, health, or relationship wounds.
- Resilience & Nervous System: Ice Baths are my favorite for building real-world discipline. It is not about the cold; it is about what happens when your mind panics and you learn to breathe through it. It’s a powerful reset for your mood and focus.
- Mindful Living: Through Yoga and Access Bars, we work to clear out the mental clutter, helping you move from autopilot to living with real intention.
