Junior Group Coaching Program
Batch Details
- Duration: 60 minutes per session
- Frequency: Options for 3 days or 6 days per week
- Ratio: High density groups (approx 6-8 students per coach)
- Age Segmentation: Mini-Tennis (4-8 years) and Intermediates (9-16 years)
Training Structure
- Drills: High-repetition bucket feeding for stroke consistency
- Fitness: 15-20 minutes dedicated to agility ladders and sprints
- Equipment: Trial racquets provided; personal graphite racquet required later
- Surface: Hard (Acrylic) or Clay court depending on specific branch
Adult Cardio & Tennis Sessions
Schedule & Timing
- Days: 3 days a week (typically Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
- Time: Post-work evening slots (6 PM to 8 PM)
- Format: 60% Fitness/Cardio focus, 40% Technique correction
On-Court Drills
- Activity: Peer rallying and basket feeding for groove correction
- Conditioning: Dynamic warm-ups, lateral runs, and smash drills
- Amenities: Floodlit court usage and standard pressurized balls included
1-on-1 Private Performance Coaching
Session Configuration
- Ratio: 1 Coach to 1 Player exclusive attention
- Coach Level: Senior or Head Coach
- Focus: Custom drills for specific weaknesses (e.g. Serve pronation)
Technical & Logistics
- Method: Biomechanics analysis with immediate visual feedback
- Volume: Continuous ball feeding for high-rep muscle memory
- Scheduling: Flexible timing outside of peak group batch hours
- Court: Exclusive half or full court usage

My Coaching Mindset
Sweat is gold. At Xtreme Tennis Academy, I push for passion, hard work, and no shortcuts. Here, you'll hear me say, "Mehnat kar paseena baha, rukna aur thakna hai mana" (Work hard, sweat; stopping and getting tired is not allowed). We chase progress, not perfection. If you want to improve, you've got to show up ready to grind.

- Juniors hungry for youth tennis coaching and discipline
- Adults wanting to get fit and try something new with adult beginner tennis classes
- Serious players prepping for tournaments, where tennis tournament preparation gets real
How We Train
Group formats, private tennis lessons, and camps - I keep it flexible:
- Kids and adult group batches, including evening slots for busy schedules
- One-on-one lessons for that extra push
- Holiday camps for intensive tennis fitness training and skill development
What Happens On Court
I focus on:
- Technical drills - groundstrokes, serve, movement
- Fitness routines - Cardio Tennis, speed, agility, yoga, and mental calm
- You’ll train on clay and hard courts, with safe facilities and even late-night lights

My Story
We kicked off Xtreme Tennis Academy in 2002. 20 years just zipped by, bas court pe hi zindagi hai (life’s on the court). For me, tennis is not just a sport, it’s how you learn discipline and hard work. Parents worry about studies, but I say look at Nihal—88% in boards, still smashing it here. We’re more like a family, celebrating Diwali, Christmas, everything together. Seeing our players hit goals, big or small, that’s what keeps me going.
My Work
Tennis Coaching for All Ages - From Mini-Tennis for kids to adults getting fit, we teach beginners, pros, everyone.
Training Style: Mehnat & Masti - Lots of hard work, thoda fun. You’ll hear me yell, push, motivate, but we keep it light too.
Fitness & Agility Focus - Tennis means being an athlete. We mix in yoga, tennis agility drills, and fitness routines.
Winning On & Off Court - Our players win tournaments and build life skills. Private tennis coaching Delhi also available.
