Junior and Kids Tennis Groups in Dwarka
We don't just teach tennis; we build champions. From 'Mini-Tennis' for the little ones to high-intensity drills for teenagers, our groups focus on fitness, discipline, and a genuine love for the game.
This is my group of upcoming tennis stars. These kids bring so much energy to the court, learning the game, making friends, and developing a passion for the sport.
Our super kids batch, all geared up and ready for their tennis session. It's amazing to see them develop their skills and enjoy the game together on the court.
A group of my dedicated teenage players, ready to rise to the challenge. This batch is focused on more advanced drills, strategy, and preparing for competitive play.
About Building Future Stars: Junior & Kids Groups
Before you join, know that our junior batches are kept intentionally dense—usually 6 to 8 students per coach—to keep the energy high and the competitiveness real. For the 4-8 year olds, we focus on 'Mini-Tennis' fun, coordination, and basic racquet handling. However, once a student moves to the intermediate group, the approach shifts entirely. We stop just hitting balls and start on high-repetition basket feeding, agility ladders, and specific speed drills. It is not just about the game; it is about learning how to sweat, focus, and push through when you're tired.
Our Approach to Junior Development
Tennis is a long game. Whether your child is just picking up a racquet for the first time or is looking to play competitive tournaments, our academy in Dwarka focuses on building a foundation that lasts. We believe in Mehnat (hard work) and Masti (fun), finding the balance between drilling for consistency and keeping the kids excited to show up the next day.
Junior & Kids Programs Breakdown
- Mini-Tennis (Ages 4-8): This isn't about perfect serves. It is about hand-eye coordination, learning to move, and enjoying the court. We use appropriate equipment to keep them safe and engaged.
- Intermediate/Advanced Groups (Ages 9-16): This is where we get serious about tennis tournament preparation. We focus on groundstroke consistency, serve mechanics, and tactical movement on both hard and clay courts.
Why Train Here?
- Fitness-First: We integrate 15-20 minutes of specific agility and fitness routines into every session. Tennis is an athletic sport, and we treat it that way.
- Competitive Environment: We organize our students to play, not just practice. From peer rallying to local match simulations, we want them to get comfortable in a competitive setting.
- Proven Results: We have trained students who have gone on to balance academics and sports, proving that you do not need to choose between the two.
We provide trial racquets for beginners so you don't need to invest heavily before knowing if the sport is right for your child. Once they commit, we advise on the right personal graphite racquet to improve their game.
Xtreme Tennis Academy
I’ve been running this academy in Dwarka since 2002, and honestly, life just feels right when I’m hearing the sound of racquets hitting balls. I’m not here to give you corporate talk; I’m here to make sure your kid learns what 'consistency' and 'hard work' actually mean. If you're ready for your child to sweat, grind, and actually enjoy getting better, come meet me on the court.
