This high-intensity drill focuses on speed, agility, and quick reactions at the net. I keep the pressure on to simulate a real match situation, pushing players to move faster and hit with purpose.

A private lesson focusing on forehand and backhand groundstrokes. I use basket feeding to ensure the player gets hundreds of repetitions, building muscle memory and perfecting their technique.
