Foundation Program (3 Days/Week)

- Ratio: Strict cap of 5-6 students per coach to minimize waiting time.
- Staff: Conducted by Foundation Coaches under senior supervision.
Technical Training
- Surface: Training on Red Clay Courts (softer on knees).
- Balls: Use of Red/Orange dot progression balls for easier contact.
- Drills: Grip familiarization, basic swing mechanics, and ladder footwork.
Fitness & Mental
- Activity: 10-15 minutes of game-based agility and coordination.
- Discipline: Basic social interaction guidelines and overcoming nervousness.
Competitive Prodigy Program

- Frequency: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours daily covering Tennis and Fitness.
- Equipment: Transition to Standard Yellow Tennis Balls.

- Tactics: Drills for pattern of play and point construction.
- Match Play: Practice matches to simulate tournament pressure.
Off-Court Fitness

High-Performance AITA Squad
Elite Regime

Not Just Tennis - Bas Tennis Nahi
We get that every kid is different, so we don’t stick to any cookie-cutter plan. I make a personalized pathway for each player, usually over 1-2 years, focusing on what they actually need. We hammer in the basics, repeat them till they stick, and keep things fun so kids want to show up. Small group sizes mean each child gets seen, not lost in the crowd.
Step-by-Step Growth
- Beginners (4+ yrs): We start with tennis fundamentals for beginners, mixing in fitness and mental skills. It’s way better than just staring at screens all day.
- Prodigy (Competitive Juniors): This is for those ready to jump into competitive junior tennis pathway. We sharpen technique, movement, and that killer mindset needed for matches.
- High-Performance: For juniors aiming for national or international tournaments, this is where elite junior tournament preparation kicks in. Players get nutrition, mental coaching, and CrossFit alongside advanced tennis training.

Pressure is a privilege - feeling nervous means you care. I teach kids to turn those butterflies into power, and handle competition with confidence. Butterflies ko apni power banao (make butterflies your strength) - that’s our mantra.

My Story
We kicked off Ethical Tennis Academy with a simple sapna (dream) - build Delhi NCR’s biggest tennis family. Not just coaching, but a proper ecosystem, you know? Met parents like Indrajit, who said ‘kaafi cheezein clear hui’ (lots got clear) after chatting with us. We keep things transparent, every kid gets a plan, no confusion. From Dwarka to all over NCR, we stick to ‘Innovation, Passion, Ethics’. Coaches are always there, super systematic, process wise. Seeing kids like Ekam go from basics to nationals, that’s our real joy.
