Pricing Guide
Junior Foundation Batch (3 Days/Week)
Training Specifications
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Alternate days).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Timing: Evening slots (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
- Group Size: 1:8 to 1:10 coach-to-student ratio.
Curriculum & Drills
- Technique: Grip correction (Continental/Eastern), stance setup, and basic swing mechanics.
- Conditioning: Agility training using ladders, hurdles, and cones.
- Focus: Hand-eye coordination and discipline.
Facility & Equipment
- Provided: Pressureless training balls and training aids.
- Required: Personal racquet and non-marking sports shoes.
- Surface: Outdoor hard court (Concrete/Acrylic).
Advanced Competitive Squad (5-6 Days/Week)
Schedule & Intensity
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week.
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes (includes court time and fitness).
- Timing: Early morning or late evening slots.
Technical & Tactical Coaching
- Strokes: Advanced production including topspin forehand, slice backhand, and kick serves.
- Strategy: Match simulation, court positioning, and singles/doubles tactics.
- Preparation: Internal practice matches and district tournament guidance.
Fitness & Conditioning
- Regimen: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and stair running.
- Goals: Stamina building, core strength, and injury prevention.
- Equipment: Use of high-quality pressurized balls.
Adult Weekend Batch (Sat-Sun)
Schedule
- Frequency: 2 sessions per week (Saturday and Sunday).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.
Program Focus
- Gameplay: Rallying drills to improve ball consistency and point play.
- Fitness: Continuous movement drills for high calorie-burn cardio.
- Type: Social and recreational play rather than technical micro-correction.
Support & Requirements
- Supervision: Certified coach available for ball feeding and error correction.
- Equipment: Balls and court provided; personal racquet recommended.

What We’re About
At Sports Academy, tennis is where fitness meets fun. I’m all about helping you learn, sweat, and actually enjoy the game - not just memorize moves. You’ll see us working hard, but laughing too. The goal is to get you moving and make you confident with every session.
How I Coach
- Start with the basics. We drill serves, volleys, groundstrokes till they’re automatic.
- Move up to technique and strategy. I’ll show you not just how to hit, but why you hit where you do - gives you an edge over your opponent.
- On court, you’ll hear me say “Speed se, chalo!” (Move quickly!) - it’s about building mental toughness in tennis, not just running.
- Physical training is big here. Expect tennis footwork drills, agility, and a focus on keeping you fit for the long haul.
Who Can Join
- Total beginners and those looking for competitive tennis coaching are both welcome.
- We have special girls’ tennis training, putting extra attention on confidence, strength, and skills for girls.
- Kids start with playful sessions and get a clear path to serious play - no pressure, just growth.

My Story
Namaste, we’re Delhi Sports Academy, right in Paschim Vihar. Not your usual cricket or tennis spot – we’re all about making sports a way of life. Watching kids go from playdates to playoffs, trust us, that’s special. Our U-12 and U-14 teams? Win or lose, we cheer for effort. ‘Fighter of the Match’ means more than just trophies here. Sportsmanship, fair play, real passion – that’s what we live for.
My Work
Multi-Sport Coaching - Cricket, Football, Skating, Taekwondo, Tennis, Basketball – we train for all with pro mentors.
Speed Drills and Technique - Foundation is key. We do loads of speed drills for kids, plus work on mental preparation in sports.
Coaching for All Ages - U-12, U-14, older kids – everyone’s welcome. We also focus on girls sports coaching Delhi style.
Real Match Experience - Weekly matches and youth tournaments cricket like Junior Cup – real practice, real growth.
