My academy is built on the philosophy of 'Mehnat aur Masti' (Hard work and fun). We push hard during our sessions, focusing on high-repetition stroke correction, speed ladders, and agility, but we never lose sight of the joy of the sport. I have seen students who started as absolute beginners go on to win DDA and DLTA tournaments simply because they stayed consistent.
We cultivate a space where an 88% scorer in boards can push themselves just as hard on the court as they do in the classroom. This is the Xtreme standard. Whether it is our festive celebrations or the intense focus during our tournament prep camps, every moment is designed to build character. My involvement with teams like the Gurgaon Sapphires gives my students a front-row seat to how professional leagues operate. They see the intensity and the discipline required when the pressure is on.
You need to be ready to put in the work, because sweat is the only currency here. We are a family, and we celebrate every milestone together, but you must bring your focus every single time you step onto my court.
