Nothing brings a team together like dancing. This video captures the infectious energy of a Zumba session I led at the Acko office. It’s a fantastic way to break the routine, burn off stress, and just have some fun with colleagues.

This video shows a synchronized yoga flow I performed for a special Yoga Day event with Nykaa. Partner and group flows are a great team-building activity that I offer, focusing on coordination, communication, and moving together as one.
Here we are trying out Bakasana, or Crow Pose, at the Nykaa Yoga Day event. Partnering up for challenging poses like this arm balance adds an element of mutual support and encouragement to the practice.
This is a playful partner variation of a supported headstand from the Nykaa event. Activities like this are less about perfect poses and more about collaboration, balance, and celebrating the journey of learning together.
About Team Bonding & Fun Activities
My sessions aren't about holding perfect poses in silence. Whether it's a high-energy Zumba party or a collaborative partner yoga challenge, the goal is simply to get everyone laughing and moving together. We usually end up with more noise and smiles than strict alignment, and honestly, that’s exactly the kind of break your team needs.
When I step into an office, the first thing I notice is the tension. My job is to break that. I run these sessions like a playground, not a classroom, because I believe wellness should be a reset, not another item on your to-do list.
What we do:
- Zumba & Movement: We use music and simple dance moves to get the blood pumping. It’s perfect for breaking the ice because nobody is looking for perfection—just masti (fun).
- Partner & Acro Yoga: This is where the real connection happens. You’ll be supporting a colleague in a pose or balancing together, which forces you to communicate and, inevitably, laugh when things get wobbly.
- Mindfulness Breaks: Sometimes the most effective thing you can do is just stop. We do guided breathing and quick stretches that make the desk-heavy workday feel a lot more manageable.
I’ve worked with teams across Bengaluru, from fast-paced startups to established offices. If you’re worried about people who say they “can’t do yoga,” don't be. I adapt every flow so everyone feels involved, whether you’re in gym wear or office formals. No forced poses, no judgment, just a genuine chance to recharge with your colleagues.
