The Fight Life: My Journey in the Cage

This is where the training meets the cage. These are the real moments from my professional MMA career—from the press conferences and weigh-ins to the exchanges inside the ring.

Here's a breakdown of my win at the MFN Contenders. I walk you through the grappling exchanges, the submission escapes, and how I set up the final ground and pound for the TKO victory.

In the zone during a professional fight. Your mind has to be as sharp as your fists. This is a game of inches and split-second decisions.

Exchanging punches in the cage. You have to be willing to take a hit to give one. This is what we train for.

A ground and pound finish from one of my fights. When you get your opponent to the ground, you have to be relentless and finish the fight.

Speaking at a pre-fight press conference. I said then that I won the moment I accepted the fight when so many others backed out. That's the Gorkha mindset.

My post-fight speech. I fight with no fear of losing because the real growth comes from taking on tough challenges, even on short notice with no proper camp.

The face-off before my fight in Nepal's biggest promotion, NWC. Standing tall in opponent's territory, ready to represent my country and my mindset.

The official fight poster for NWC 5. Seeing your name up there for the co-main event makes all the hard work worth it.

This is the call-out that led to my fight in Darjeeling. When a top fighter needed an opponent and everyone else was scared, I stepped up.

I'm just a middle-class boy with no background support, but I'm still fighting for my dream. This is what it's all about.

About The Fight Life: My Journey in the Cage

Stepping into the cage isn't just about the fight; it's about the hours of preparation that no one sees. When you watch these clips, you’re seeing the result of disciplined striking and grappling drills, but also the mental test of standing your ground against tough opponents. If you're looking to understand what real cage readiness feels like—beyond just gym fitness—let’s talk.

Professional fighting is not about showing off; it is about survival, strategy, and that constant 'you vs. you' fight. Whether I am competing in the MFN Contender Series or representing my mindset at NWC, every fight is a lesson.

The Reality of the Cage

MMA is not just throwing punches. It is a chess match of body and mind. You will see in my footage that I focus on high-percentage moves—whether it is a sprawl against a takedown, a triangle choke setup, or how to maintain calm during a ground-and-pound exchange. These aren't just moves I teach; they are techniques that have kept me standing against elite competition.

Training vs. Fighting

There is a massive difference between gym training and fight reality. In my classes at VAJRA MMA, we bridge that gap. We focus on:

  • Fight IQ: Learning how to read your opponent's movement rather than just reacting.
  • Conditioning: Building functional strength for a 90-minute session, not just for a mirror selfie.
  • Mental Toughness: You will learn to stay composed when you are exhausted or in a bad position.

I treat my students the same way I prepare for a fight. No shortcuts. If you are in Noida and want to learn what actual combat feels like, you need to show up ready to work. Consistent effort is the only way to build a fighter's mindset.
