About Group Training & Drills
In these sessions, we don’t do 'just fitness.' You will be on the floor moving with others, doing the same drills that build national-level athletes. Whether we are drilling handstands or working through calisthenics circuits, the environment is competitive yet communal. You won’t just be a member here; you will be part of the squad that pushes until the set is done.
At Warrior Gymnastics Academy in Sheetla Colony, we strip away the distractions of modern commercial gyms. This is an akhada where the focus is on discipline, not comfort.
Why Our Group Training Works
We keep batch sizes between 8 and 15, which allows me to provide hands-on correction. You are not just following a video; you are being coached.
- The Drill Environment: We use a high-ceiling warehouse setup. Expect industrial fans, not air conditioning. Expect sweat.
- Skill Progression: We mix gymnastics floor skills, like somersaults and rolls, with calisthenics strength work like muscle-ups and L-sits.
- The 'Warrior' Mindset: Every session starts with dedicated flexibility and mobility work. We do not skip the basics. If you cannot hold a proper plank, we fix your form before we move to advanced flips.
Who This Is For
If you are tired of mindless treadmill cardio and want to actually learn to move your body, this is for you. We train everyone from beginners who struggle to touch their toes to advanced practitioners looking to refine their form. You will grumble, you might sweat through your clothes, but you will understand why we do things this way when you get your first 'Shabash'.
