Here I am making way for my students to unleash their power. In my HIIT sessions, we use equipment like battle ropes to build serious strength, but we never forget to laugh and enjoy the process.
Listen to my advice. Forget crash diets and starving yourself. My funda is simple: Jam ke khao, but eat smart. Real food and honest exercise is the only way to lasting fitness.

I had the honor of celebrating Health Day with the esteemed gynecologists of North Delhi. Taking our Zumba session outdoors to Japanese Park shows that fitness can happen anywhere, bringing wellness and joy to the community.
Your form is my priority. I am always there to guide you, making sure every move is safe and effective. Here, I am assisting a student with a partner leg exercise on the step platform to maximize results.
After the high energy, we find our calm. I guide my students through yoga and breathing exercises to improve flexibility and find peace of mind. It's all about balance.
My Zumba classes are a world tour of music. Here we are grooving to some high-energy Arabic beats. It's not just a workout, it's a party where you explore different cultures through dance.

Don't expect a boring gym routine here. My sessions are a 70/30 split of high-energy Zumba and functional HIIT. I am always on the floor, fixing your form, and making sure you are sweating the right way, not just moving for the sake of it.
My philosophy is 'HIIT hai to FIT hai'. Whether you are joining me at Vault by Virat Kohli in Rohini or Pitampura, or at Rhinos Gym in Shalimar Bagh, the goal is the same: honest, effective movement.
We do not believe in crash diets or starvation. My classes focus on sustainable weight loss and building actual strength through a mix of Latin, Bollywood, Arabic, and Rajasthani folk music. You will find fit moms, working professionals, and seniors in my batches, all proving that age is just a number. I also include functional HIIT rounds using battle ropes, agility ladders, and planks to ensure your cardio is matched with muscle engagement.
Every session wraps up with a cool-down, often incorporating yoga stretches to improve your flexibility and mental peace. If you want a trainer who will correct your posture, motivate you, and tell you to 'jam ke khao' (eat well) while training smart, you belong in this community. I also conduct specialized outdoor sessions across North Delhi to bring the joy of fitness to parks and public spaces.
