Here I am making way for my students to unleash their power. In my HIIT sessions, we use equipment like battle ropes to build serious strength, but we never forget to laugh and enjoy the process.

Listen to my advice. Forget crash diets and starving yourself. My funda is simple: Jam ke khao, but eat smart. Real food and honest exercise is the only way to lasting fitness.

I had the honor of celebrating Health Day with the esteemed gynecologists of North Delhi. Taking our Zumba session outdoors to Japanese Park shows that fitness can happen anywhere, bringing wellness and joy to the community.

Your form is my priority. I am always there to guide you, making sure every move is safe and effective. Here, I am assisting a student with a partner leg exercise on the step platform to maximize results.
