When I lead outdoor sessions like at the Blossom Marathon or community events in Rohini, I don’t just count steps on a mic. I watch how the crowd moves, adjust the music flow to keep the heart rate up, and ensure that even the person in the back row feels the rhythm. It is about collective energy, not just exercise.
Studios are great for technique, but the real test is when you are under the open sky. I have been doing this for 25 years, and I can tell you that the vibe changes when you take the workout out of the gym. From Corporate wellness events to large-scale stage sessions, my goal remains the same: keep it high-energy and accessible.

When I conduct Zumba sessions in parks across Rohini, Pitampura, or Shalimar Bagh, people often ask me how I keep the intensity high without weights or machines.
