About Kids Fitness Fun
My kids' classes aren't about military drills, they are about teaching children how to own the dance floor. We run 45-minute sessions that mix Bollywood freestyle with basic agility drills to improve coordination and posture. There are no heavy weights here, just high-energy music and movement that makes them sweat and smile.
Kids today are glued to screens, but movement is the best medicine. In my 45-minute after-school sessions, I focus on fun first. If they enjoy the music, they will give me the effort.
The Routine
- Bollywood Freestyle: We use high-tempo tracks to get them moving, jumping, and stretching without it feeling like a chore.
- Agility & Coordination: I mix in simple jumps, speed drills, and balance exercises that build motor skills they will use on the playground and in sports.
- Safe Environment: We operate in controlled, air-conditioned spaces like Vault by Virat Kohli (Rohini & Pitampura) and Rhinos Gym (Shalimar Bagh), away from heavy gym machinery.
I don't just teach dance steps; I teach them to be active for life. It is simple: if they start young, they build a healthy habit that sticks. I’m strict about form, but the vibe is always a party. Come watch a session and see the difference.
