Biryani, Pizza, Chole Bhature, Momos, sab band? No. I don't believe in this. My approach is different. This is a fun take on the typical restrictive diet advice I am completely against.

About My Food Gyaan: Eat Smart, Not Less

In my classes across Delhi NCR, we do not believe in banning your favorite Biryani or Chole Bhature. You get direct, honest talk on portion control and balance, not a boring diet chart that you will forget in two days. If you are training hard with me, you need real, home-cooked food to keep your energy and your jalwa alive.

I have spent 25 years in the fitness industry, and I have seen too many people ruin their relationship with food by following extreme, unsustainable crash diets. My philosophy is simple: if you move your body and push yourself in a HIIT or Zumba session, you deserve to eat properly. Life is a one-time gift, so live it with a big smile instead of starving yourself.

When you join my batches at Vault, Fitness Dome, or Rhinos Gym, we focus on:

  • Understanding portion control: You do not need to stop eating rice or roti. You need to know how much to eat and when.
  • Consistency over intensity: One strict week followed by a weekend binge helps no one. It is about sustainable habits.
  • Real, home-cooked food: Stick to what your kitchen makes. It is better than any fad diet or expensive supplement plan.

My verbal diet guidance is part of the package for my regular members. We sweat together, we discuss food logic during cool-downs, and we keep the focus on being fit, not just thin.
