My approach prioritizes your safety first, using slow, controlled movements and prop-assisted postures that you can practice from home. We track your progress with post-session visual feedback to ensure you are aligning correctly and avoiding strain, giving you the confidence to practice independently.

My Approach
- Safe Prenatal Guidance: We focus on gentle stretches and breath-work, known as pranayama, that avoids abdominal compression. You will learn how to sync movement with breath without holding it, ensuring a consistent oxygen flow for you and your baby.
- Hormonal Health: We work on poses that target the endocrine system to aid stability, using a mix of asanas and guided relaxation to manage stress and hormonal fluctuations.
- Visual Alignment Feedback: Since we work online, you might worry about form. After each session, I provide annotated screenshots of your poses. This bridges the gap of being in a physical studio, letting you see exactly how to adjust your posture, angle, or grip for maximum benefit and safety.
What You Can Expect
We always start with a diagnostic consultation to review your medical reports—such as your X-rays or hormonal tests—and check your range of motion. This is not a one-size-fits-all workout. It is a therapy roadmap designed to help you build strength at your pace, not mine. We utilize simple household props like chairs and cushions to make every pose accessible regardless of your current flexibility level.
