My online classes are a mix of asana practice and calming pranayama. In this session, I am guiding a client through various postures, including Matsyasana (Fish Pose) and Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing), to create a balanced practice.

Before we begin any physical practice, I conduct a 60-75 minute diagnostic consultation to review your medical history and test your range of motion. This allows me to build a safe, customized roadmap using household props like chairs or blocks, ensuring your movements are accessible and effective regardless of your current limitations.

My approach to online yoga therapy moves beyond generic fitness classes. Because I work with specific conditions—such as PCOD, thyroid-related hormonal issues, or chronic knee and back pain—I place immense value on safety and precise alignment.
