1-on-1 Therapeutic & Prenatal Sessions

- Format: Private 1-on-1 instruction via video call (60 minutes).
- Specialization: Tailored sequences for Prenatal Care (trimester specific), Chronic Pain Management (Back/Knee), or Hormonal Health (PCOS/Menopause).
- Methodology: Slow, prop-assisted movements using chairs, walls, or straps to ensure posture accessibility without strain.
