Building a physique is not about guessing games. It is about precision, intensity, and consistency. Here is how I train to win—and how I teach my clients to do the same at M R Fitness Zone.

Perfecting my deadlift form. This is a core exercise for building overall strength and a powerful posterior chain, essential for any bodybuilder.

T-bar rows are crucial for developing back thickness. A strong back is key for creating that V-taper and a balanced physique on stage.

Working on sumo deadlifts to target my glutes and hamstrings from a different angle. Variety in training is key to complete muscle development.

Setting up for a heavy deadlift. This is the kind of intensity and focus I expect from myself and my clients during every training session.

Squats on the Smith machine allow me to focus on depth and control. Leg day is non-negotiable for building a balanced and powerful lower body.

Barbell lunges are excellent for building the quads and glutes. This is a staple in my leg workout routine for creating shape and separation.

Using a landmine attachment for squats. This variation helps with stability and is a great way to build leg strength while protecting the lower back.

Lat pulldowns are fundamental for building a wide back. You can see the muscle engagement with every repetition, which is what we aim for in training.

Another angle of the lat pulldown, showing the full range of motion. Proper technique ensures you are hitting the target muscles effectively for maximum growth.

Seated cable rows to build a thick, detailed back. I focus on the squeeze at the end of each rep to maximize muscle contraction.

About The Grind: My Training Regimen

I do not believe in wasted reps. When you train with me at M R Fitness Zone, you are not just moving weights. We perform forced reps, drop sets, and focus on controlled negatives until your muscles hit absolute failure. This is not for people looking for a casual hobby; it is for those who are ready to commit to the grind and see real change in their body composition.
