About this collection

I always include low-impact modifications for every single movement. Whether you are working around an old injury or just having a low-energy day, you can still follow the flow, use the weights, and catch the vibe without pushing past what your body needs to feel good right now.

What to Expect

Warrior Rhythm isn't your traditional, quiet yoga class. It’s what I like to call 'yoga-ish'. We fuse traditional yoga flows with dumbbell strength training and HIIT, all set to playlists that move from Pop to EDM. It is built to build strength, balance, and flexibility, but more importantly, it is designed to help you get lost in the music and movement.

Why It Works

My sessions are built on the 'Come As You Are' philosophy. It does not matter if you are a beginner or a pro athlete. We focus on mindful movement—connecting your breath to your body in a way that feels cathartic. You will walk out feeling a mix of strong, refreshed, and grounded.

Pricing & Packages

You can drop in for a single session if you want to test the vibe (₹750–₹950). If you want to commit to your practice and see progress, my 8-class monthly package (₹5400–₹6000) is the way to go. This gives you priority booking for peak slots and a much better rate per class. I also host occasional workshop events that combine the workout with a healthy brunch—the perfect Saturday morning, if you ask me.
