Finding Flow: Mindful Fitness and Personal Inspiration

Fitness is the core of my life, but it is the moments in between that keep me grounded. Here is a peek into the movement, travel, and mindfulness that fuels my sessions.

I'm so excited to bring Warrior Rhythm to the Rise and Shine Morning Party. It's a powerful fusion of movement, breath, and rhythm designed to wake up your body.

I am forever in a relationship with movement and exploring my true self. It's what keeps me going.

I'm super excited to be teaching Warrior Rhythm at Hey Brewty. This fitness fusion helps you build strength, balance, and flexibility.

I'm bringing Warrior Rhythm to the Westside Next Gen Fitness event for the under 25 girl squad. This initiative is extra special because it caters to young women.

Remixing a fitness challenge with my Warrior sister. It's always fun to connect with other instructors from around the world.

From remixing to reeling side by side, flowing with the creator of Warrior is such a treat and a crazy fun time.

I felt chills making this reel, remixing with the creator herself at the very same spot. It's been a total fan girl moment.

About this collection

I often get asked how I stay motivated to keep moving every single day, and the truth is simple: I don't force it. Whether I am traveling through Thailand, exploring the coast, or just finding a quiet moment for morning meditation, I treat movement as a form of self-care rather than a strict routine. This is the exact mindset I bring to my studio sessions, where the goal is always to move in a way that makes you feel alive.

Most people see the high-energy Warrior Rhythm classes or the intense spin sessions in Bengaluru, but there is a deeper rhythm that fuels it all. My approach to fitness is rooted in the idea of 'Come As You Are'—a philosophy that applies just as much to my personal life as it does to my classes at Copper+Cloves or Chakra Athletica.

Whether I am exploring a new beach, attending a fitness conference, or simply finding a quiet space to breathe, I look for ways to stay connected to my body. This is not just about physical training; it is about understanding that we are meant to experience life in all its messy, beautiful forms.

When you join my sessions, you are not just signing up for a calorie-burning workout. You are stepping into a space where we value your mental health and emotional well-being as much as your strength. I share these glimpses into my life—my travels, my friendships, and my downtime—because I want you to see that the person leading your HIIT session is human, just like you. We all need to recharge, reconnect, and move with intention. Stop viewing exercise as a chore and start viewing it as the ultimate form of self-love. If you are ready to find a fitness routine that actually aligns with how you feel, I would love to see you on the mat or the bike.
