This is the vibe at my spin classes. We ride to the beat, we add some fun choreography, and we just enjoy the movement. It's an amazing cardio workout that feels like a party.

Sometimes I just have to get off the podium to be with my people, cheer them on, and share the joy of movement. It's the most satisfying feeling to see my riders crush their rides.

About this collection

If you are worried about keeping up, leave that at the door. My classes are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to regular riders. We focus on rhythm riding and choreography, so you are not just pedaling against resistance, you are moving to the music. You will find that when you focus on the beat and the energy of the room, the physical effort becomes secondary to the pure joy of movement.

The Ride Experience

My spin classes are less about hitting a specific mileage and more about how you feel when you step off the bike. We train in dark rooms with curated playlists that range from high-energy Pop to bass-heavy EDM. You will find me on the bike right there with you, or moving around the room to hype you up. We do not just spin, we build a community.

I host these sessions at some of the most welcoming studios in Bangalore, including:

  • Chakra Athletica (Central Bangalore & Indiranagar): Where we really turn up the lights and volume.
  • The Studio by Copper + Cloves (Domlur): Perfect for a tighter, more intimate session.
  • Centre for KALA (Cunningham Road): A unique space to flow and sweat.

What to Expect

Whether you are booking a single drop-in session or joining my 8-class package, everything you need is included. We provide sanitized bikes and high-end equipment. You just need to bring comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and a willingness to try something new.

I always emphasize proper form because I want you to keep coming back without injury. We will work on your posture and cadence, ensuring that every climb and sprint serves your body. If it is your first time, arrive 10 minutes early so we can get your bike setup dialled in perfectly.
