This is the first thing potential clients will see. I’ve selected our most powerful visuals to capture the energy, community, and variety of my classes, arranged to tell a story and encourage them to explore more.
Warrior Rhythm: Yoga with a Rebel Twist
This isn't your traditional yoga class. I call it "yoga-ish" because we fuse yoga flows with dumbbell strength training, HIIT, and mindfulness, all set to amazing playlists from Pop to EDM. It’s a full-body workout designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility while you get lost in the music and movement.
Indoor Cycling: A Party on Wheels
My spin classes are a high-energy party on a bike. In a dark room with neon lights and heart-pumping beats, we ride together as a pack. I focus on rhythm riding, challenging climbs, and fun choreography, ensuring you get an amazing cardio workout while feeling like a rockstar.
Warrior Strength: Real-World Functional Training
This class is all about building strength that serves you in your daily life. It’s a two-part session where we first get your heart rate up with 30 minutes of cardio, and then we hit the weights for 30 minutes of functional strength training. It’s simple, sweaty, and surprisingly fun.
Our Community: The Warrior Vibe
My classes are more than just a workout; we are a full-on community. We hype each other up, celebrate our wins, and create a supportive space where everyone feels welcome. This is where you can see the incredible energy of our events, workshops, and daily classes.
