Personal training is personal, so I get to know what matters to you. We’ll mix yoga flows, strength training, HIIT, and mindful fitness routines, but I’ll tailor everything to your pace and lifestyle.
- Resistance and strength training for women is a big focus, since I know many of us didn’t grow up thinking about muscle.
- Consistency matters more than perfection. I work with crazy schedules, and sessions can be in-person here in Bangalore or online.
- Sessions kick off with mobility, use dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, and wrap up with stretching so you’re not just stronger, but also moving better in daily life.
- I bring energy from my WARRIOR Rhythm and Strength formats so things stay fun and never stale.
