This is what I mean by a party on wheels! In my indoor cycling classes, we ride to the beat, get lost in the music, and just let go. It’s a full-body cardio workout that feels more like a celebration.

This is what Warrior Strength is all about. We focus on building real-world strength through functional training, like these barbell deadlifts, combined with heart-pumping cardio.

After the ride, we take a moment to connect. This is the mindful cooldown part of my spin class, where we listen to our heartbeat and just feel alive. It’s about so much more than just the workout.

About this collection

When you walk into one of my sessions, you aren't just showing up for a workout; you're joining a squad where your current fitness level doesn't dictate your experience. Whether you choose a high-intensity ride or a mindful rhythm flow, my focus is always on how you feel during the movement rather than just the intensity of the sweat. You can drop in for a single session at any of my Bangalore studios to see if the vibe matches yours before deciding on a monthly package.

My sessions are designed to break the mold of traditional, repetitive gym workouts. I teach three main formats, each serving a different need, but all anchored in the same 'Come As You Are' philosophy.

My Core Formats

  • Warrior Rhythm: This is where yoga meets a rebel twist. We fuse flow with weights and HIIT. It is not about perfect poses; it is about moving to playlists that actually slap, from Pop to EDM. You will build strength and balance while getting lost in the music.
  • Warrior Strength: For those who want functional training, this is a two-part class. We get the heart rate up for 30 minutes, then hit the weights. It is simple, effective, and built to make you stronger for real-life activities.
  • Indoor Cycling: Think of this as a party on a bike. It is a full-body cardio session in a dark room with neon lights and beats that push you to pedal harder. We end with a mindful cooldown so you leave feeling grounded rather than just wiped out.

I curate these experiences at some of the most vibrant spaces in Bangalore, including My Third Space in Indiranagar, Chakra Athletica in Victoria Layout, the Studio by Copper+Cloves in Domlur, and the Centre for KALA on Cunningham Road.
