About Acrobatics & Tumbling
While the videos show our students landing flips, the real work happens in small, controlled batches where we use supplemental 8 to 10 inch vinyl crash pads for every landing. Because our training area uses high-density mats rather than a spring floor, our coaches rely on consistent, hands-on manual spotting to help your child safely master handstands, aerials, and walkovers at their own pace.
