What Happens in Class
- Strength and power? Yup, we work on core and upper body with parallel bars and climbing ropes.
- Flexibility and balance get a boost with backbends, bridges, and stretches. All done on soft mats so your child can just go for it.
- Beginner tumbling for kids means rolls, handstands, and safe exploration. No scary stuff, just skills that grow week by week.
Safety Above Everything
I get it, you want your child safe. All our coaches are hands-on, always spotting and guiding. The whole area’s got rubber flooring and thick mats. If your kid messes up a landing, no worries - they bounce back.

My Story
Bengaluru needed more than just another gym, so we started MultiFit. Here, it’s not about counting reps, it’s about finding your crew, your #multifitter pack.
