Thoughtful Apartment & Compact Living Design in Bengaluru
A home is never too small when designed with intention. We focus on transforming compact studio and 1 BHK layouts into flexible, light-filled sanctuaries that adapt to your daily rhythm.
This video provides a complete walkthrough of our Pixel 2 apartment project in Bengaluru. We explain our design choices, from the facade inspired by the city's heritage to the multi-functional interiors designed for modern urban living, showing how every detail is thoughtfully considered.
The facade of the Pixel 2 apartment building is a nod to Bengaluru's identity. We used locally sourced red bricks reminiscent of colonial architecture and a textured green plaster inspired by the "Garden City" tag. Each unit features a balcony with grills inspired by old bungalow gates, blending nostalgia with modern design.

About Apartment & Compact Living
In compact living, every square inch carries weight. Rather than overcrowding rooms, we rely on transformable furniture, like the Murphy beds and flip-up tables seen here, that allow a single room to shift from a bedroom to a workspace or a yoga studio in seconds.
Our approach to compact apartment design begins with a latent needs analysis. We do not design for a floor plan; we design for the person using it. For our Pixel 2 project in Bengaluru, this meant rethinking the standard studio layout to accommodate modern urban demands without sacrificing the warmth of a home.
We prioritize flow over fixed boundaries. By integrating storage into walls and utilizing full-height windows, we maintain a sense of openness. The facade, featuring locally sourced red bricks and textured green plaster, reflects our commitment to Bengaluru's architectural identity, while the interiors focus on 'invisible design'—where furniture like dining tables and beds can be tucked away to reclaim floor space.
We believe small homes should never feel temporary. Whether it is a studio apartment or a 1 BHK, we incorporate durable, honest materials like wood and concrete that age well. We also ensure that even the most compact footprint includes dedicated zones for work, rest, and privacy, often using smart furniture and two-way switches to make daily living seamless. If you are looking to turn a small footprint into a functional, breathing space, let us look at your floor plan together.
