Catering a full Onam Sadhya for a large crowd is one of my favorite things to do. Seeing everyone enjoying the feast together, served community style, is what my cooking is all about.
A proper Sadhya is a feast for the eyes and the palate. This is a close-up of the spread, with all the essential dishes like avial, thoran, pachadi, sambar, and pappadam, ready to be enjoyed.

In the thick of it. Here I am during a busy Sadhya service, making sure everything runs smoothly. It's hard work, but seeing over 200 happy and well-fed guests makes it all worth it.

Serving a proper Sadhya is a team effort. My crew and I handle the entire flow, from laying out fresh plantain leaves to ensuring each of the 24+ items is served hot and in the right order. We take care of all the setup and the cleanup afterwards, so you can actually sit down and enjoy the feast with your family.
A festival feast is not just a meal; it is a piece of home. Whether it is Onam or Vishu, I believe in keeping the traditions exactly as I grew up with them. My Sadhya features the full spread, with over 24 items including Sambar, Avial, Thoran, Inji Puli, and two types of Payasam. I insist on fresh ingredients and authentic staples like Red Matta rice and hand-picked banana leaves.
I offer two ways to celebrate. For large gatherings or intimate parties, I bring the full service where my uniformed team handles the plating, serving, and the clean-up. For smaller home celebrations, I have curated takeaway feast packages that include everything you need, even the banana leaves to serve them on.
