- Cooking Method: Traditional slow-cooking techniques using earthen chatti for fish and uruli for roasts to ensure flavor depth.
- Ingredients: Spices are sourced directly from Wayanad; chilli and coriander are sun-dried and powdered in-house.
- Portion Size: Standard curry portion serves 1-2 people (approx. 350-450ml). Fish portions typically contain 2-3 slices.
- Packaging: Delivered in spill-proof plastic containers suitable for reheating.

About Food Delivery & Takeaway
Bringing you the real taste of a Mallu home kitchen, I cook the food I love to eat - the stuff I grew up on, recipes from my Amma and a line of fierce Syrian Christian women. For me, cooking is all about gut feeling and heart, not just measurements.
What’s Cooking
The stars here are Kerala classics, full of memories and heavy on flavour. My Beef Ullarthu is proper slow-roasted, and the Mutton Stew comes with appams that need serious babysitting. Fish curry gets its punch from a chatti (earthen pot), and Amma’s chicken roast is the OG recipe, tweaked just a bit. You’ll find crispy cutlets in every protein, plus veggie ones if that’s your thing.
Not Just Kerala
Some days need comfort food, so I also make stuff like Shepherd’s Pie and proper creamy spaghetti - a nod to our mixed family table.

Everything is made from scratch. I grind my own spices (Wayanad only, molaku and malli straight from home), batter’s fresh, and I don’t skip on tradition. No magic, just plain old honesty and a lot of stubbornness to keep things authentic.

My Story
Once, I was the kid who refused carbs—no rice, no appam, nothing. Amma would pack me perfect appams and I never even knew how lucky I was. Food was always the heart of our family—think holidays with cousins, the kitchen full of laughter and smells I can still taste. Jewellery? Sarees? Nah, food is my real inheritance. Started Travancore Tasties in 2015, thanks to my folks pushing me. Now I get to share my childhood—nostalgia on a plate, straight to your home.
