Whether it is a packed lunch or a full-course banana leaf meal, I personally oversee the menu—like skipping onion and garlic if it is for a specific puja—so you get exactly what you need without the stress of managing a massive catering team.

Running a kitchen out of my home means I keep things simple and real. I do not run a factory; I run a kitchen where we prioritize the quality of ingredients, like using pure Nandini ghee and avoiding any dalda or preservatives.

The Experience

When you book my catering, I want it to feel effortless for you. If you choose a traditional banana leaf meal, I deliver the leaves pre-cleaned and rolled. I focus on the staples that make a meal feel like a celebration—crispy Medu Vadas, authentic Sambar, and rich, ghee-laden sweets like Rava Kesari or Sakkarepongal.
