About this collection
The biggest challenge isn't just the distance, it's the altitude. We spend six nights in Leh for proper acclimatization, focusing on breathwork and heart-rate management before you even reach the start line. We eat gut-friendly, locally sourced meals and integrate mobility drills to keep you ready for the climb.
Suno, running at 11,000 feet is different. Your body reacts differently to the exertion, and that is why our 6-night expedition focuses heavily on adaptation. We don't just dump you at the start line. We handle your logistics, from boutique homestays in Alchi to your tempo traveller, so you can focus entirely on the race.
We break down your race strategy with specific elevation analysis, teaching you when to push and when to preserve energy. Our daily drills aren't random. We use breathwork to manage your oxygen intake and Animal Flow sessions to maintain mobility after long practice runs.
You get full-board meals curated to be gut-friendly because the last thing you need in the mountains is a stomach issue. Whether you are aiming for the 10K, the half, or the full, we ensure you have the right pacing plan. The show will continue, and we make sure you are in the best shape to see it through to the end.
