Fitness meets the Himalayas. We don't just run; we train, acclimatize, and explore the high-altitude trails of Ladakh together as a tribe.

The raw, majestic beauty of the snow-dusted peaks as seen from the Khardungla Pass. This is the kind of view that makes all the effort worthwhile.

The first light of day hitting the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas. Catching the sunrise over these mountains is a core part of our Ladakh fitness expedition.

The iconic Shanti Stupa nestled in the golden-brown hills of Ladakh. We often run or hike to these cultural landmarks as part of our acclimatization schedule.

A wide, panoramic view of the Leh valley, with the formidable Himalayan range standing guard. This is the playground for our high-altitude training.

Our group posing for a photo at Khardungla Pass, surrounded by snow and colorful Tibetan prayer flags. This is a moment of shared accomplishment and adventure.

Taking a moment to soak it all in at Khardungla Pass. The combination of snow, sun, and prayer flags creates a truly spiritual and energizing atmosphere.

About this collection

High-altitude training isn't just about willpower; it's about biological adaptation. We build in six days for acclimatization, strictly mixing breathwork and low-intensity functional movement to ensure your body handles the thin air before we even attempt the major climbs.

The Expedition Approach

Running or training at 11,000 feet is a different beast compared to city roads. The thin air impacts your heart rate and recovery speed immediately. I don't just throw you into a race; we spend six nights in Leh and Alchi focusing on altitude adaptation.

How We Train & Recover

Each morning, we run drills on breathwork and heart-rate management. If you feel tight, we hit the grassy lawns for Animal Flow and yoga recovery sessions. It is about balancing the intensity of the mountains with the rest your body needs to thrive. We use local, gut-friendly Ladakhi cuisine to keep your energy stable, and we always finish the day ensuring you are ready for the next one—fatafat taiyar.

Logistics Done Right

I handle the boring stuff so you can focus on the movement. Your package includes:

  • Stay: Six nights in boutique homestays or comfortable 3-star properties like Alchi Resort on a twin-sharing basis.
  • Transport: A private Tempo Traveller for all airport transfers and route recces.
  • Support: Race strategy briefings, elevation analysis, and on-route hydration with electrolytes.

Picture abhi baaki hai—the adventure is more than just a finish line. Join us to see how we tackle the roof of the world.
