What you see in these images is standard practice at Kosmic Fitness—whether I am coaching an actor on set or a client in my studio. I apply the same technical rigour, injury-prevention protocols, and functional movement drills to every single person I work with. We do not change the science based on who is training; we just adapt the load to your current fitness level.
I do not believe in celebrity training versus regular training. Movement is movement. Whether I am working with a professional athlete prepping for a season or a client looking to get out of chronic pain, the foundation remains identical: mobility, breathing, and functional strength.
Over my 25+ year journey, I have realized that the basics are where true performance is built. My approach combines manual therapy for injury management with rigorous functional training to build a body that lasts. We do not just chase personal records; we chase longevity and pain-free living.
