Building grit is not about gym hype. It is about why you step into the Rehab Lab or Lodhi Garden even when you are exhausted. I use your own data—your sleep patterns, your heart rate variability—to show you that your mind is often the one holding back your body, not your muscles.
Most people think training is just about willpower. It is not. It is about technique, habit, and the willingness to learn. Whether you are prepping for an ultramarathon or dealing with chronic knee pain, the first thing I fix is your perspective. You cannot train hard if you are not training smart.
When we work together, we do not guess. We track. We use Garmin data to sync your training load with your actual recovery capacity. This takes the emotion out of 'bad' training days and keeps you consistent. If you are stuck in a cycle of injury or lack of progress, it is usually because you are disconnected from your body. My job is to reconnect you. We break down complex movements, drill them until they feel natural, and use recovery protocols that actually work.
