I bridge the gap between gym work and field performance. My training method focuses on sport-specific movement, rotational power, and injury prevention designed for serious athletes.

This is what it's all about. We build explosive power in the gym with exercises like the split jerk, then immediately translate that into pure speed and acceleration on the field where it counts.

It is always a pleasure to work with dedicated athletes at the top of their game. Here I am with Indian cricket team players Shubman Gill and Umesh Yadav during a gym session.

A common question I get is how to balance gym and ground training. The key is understanding that gym work, like squats, builds the foundation for on-field acceleration. You cannot skip the gym; it is where we build the power that transfers to the ground.

Performance is not just about muscle, it is about the brain. This video shows how I use neuro-centric training, from sensation tests to VOR cancellation drills, to sharpen an athlete's neuro-motor control for more efficient movement.

Here is a clear example of my training system. We build posterior chain strength with heavy barbell lifts, then apply it directly to acceleration drills on the cricket ground. Every exercise has a purpose for your sport.

Staying on the field is as important as performing on it. I use a battery of injury prevention tests, like overhead squats and single leg glute bridges, to identify and correct imbalances before they become problems.

A speed session with state-level cricketers at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. We work on complex speed components like acceleration and change of direction to improve their agility and quickness between the wickets.

I live by the same principles I teach. My own training is focused on athletic performance, pushing my limits on the journey to becoming a better coach and athlete.

We don't lift weights just to look fit; every session is designed to translate into on-field performance. For example, when we build strength through heavy squats, we immediately follow it with explosive acceleration drills on the turf. This ensures your nervous system learns to apply that raw power directly to your game, whether you're batting, bowling, or sprinting.
