I turned my own injuries into my biggest strength. Whether you are training for a high-altitude trek or recovering from a setback, I help you build the functional strength to get back to the things you love.

This is my philosophy in a nutshell. I put in the work during the week, building strength and resilience, so I can fully embrace the mountains on the weekend. My training is not just about exercise; it's about earning your freedom to explore without limits, even with two broken ACLs.

There's no feeling like reaching the summit after a long climb, with a loyal friend by your side. This is what we train for: moments of pure freedom against a backdrop of the Himalayas. Building the endurance for high-altitude trekking means you can say yes to views like this.

In the heart of the mountains, you find a strength you never knew you had. I don't want labels; I want a legacy of breaking stereotypes and going where no one has gone before. My training helps you build not just physical power but the limitless mindset to forge your own path.

Standing here at Everest Base Camp at 5,364 meters was a dream realized after eight days of continuous trekking. This is proof that with the right preparation, both physical and mental, the world's most iconic adventures are within your reach. I can help you prepare for your own EBC journey.

This is where the real work happens. Rebuilding my leg muscles after losing inches from injuries required discipline, not just motivation. I use targeted weight training like deadlifts and hip thrusts to build the foundational strength needed to support your joints and power you through any adventure.

My journey to achieving a proper pull-up was an obsession that took weeks of consistent effort. It shows that progress isn't always linear, but with dedication, you can build the upper body and core strength that is essential for climbing, mountaineering, and overall fitness.

As a certified Marathon Trainer, I know that running smart is more important than running hard. This video shows the essential warm-ups and cool-downs I teach to prevent common running injuries. We focus on muscle activation, proper stretching, and listening to your body to keep you running safely for years.

The Kedarkantha trek taught me to slow down, connect with myself, and appreciate the journey. Physical readiness is only half the battle; my coaching also focuses on building the mental stamina to embrace the moment, trust the process, and find lessons in every step.

About Featured

I don't believe in cookie-cutter gym routines because everyone’s body has its own story, especially if you have managed injuries like I have. My approach focuses on functional movement—fixing your mechanics and strengthening the muscles around your joints—so you can actually do the things you love, whether that is running your first 5k or trekking through the Himalayas.
